A Journey

I am here for a reason,
I am not a random act.
No one is here just because,
I am quite certain of that.
My path is not a given,
No one can choose it for me.
Should I falter along the road,
Then it was meant to be.
For life is a journey worth taking,
It’s a gift to cherish each day.
And I will make the best of it,
No matter what comes my way.
Though it may take me a lifetime,
To find that place I fit.
I believe in destiny,
And I will keep searching for it.
